The Commission for the Implementation of the Code of Ethics in the Field of AI has issued Ethical Guidelines for the use of recommendation technologies and algorithms based on artificial intelligence in digital services

The working group on recommendation services, led by Andrey Rego (MTS) and Alexey Byrdin (Internet Video Association), has developed a recommendation document designed to systematize ethical practice and summarize approaches that are acceptable and recommended for use in the development and configuration of recommendation algorithms, as well as implementation and operation of the functionality of personalized recommendations in digital services of various types.

Recommendations are offered for voluntary implementation by companies using recommendation systems in digital services.
