Recommendations of the Commission for the Implementation of the AI Code of Ethics on the topic of the creation and use of digital simulations

The document aims to provide guidelines for the creation and use of digital imitations, taking into account ethical standards. The Recommendations can be used as a guide for developers, researchers and users of artificial intelligence (hereinafter — AI) algorithms, as well as for all those who are directly or indirectly involved in the development and use of digital services based on them.
The Recommendations offer systematic methods to ensure transparency, respect for privacy and responsible use of AI in the field of creating digital copies and imitations of humans.
