“Neurofest 2026” Extends Application Deadline to June 15

The organizing team behind “Neurofest,” the first national program for AI creators, has announced an extension of the application deadline to June 15, 2026. The decision was made in light of the high level of interest in the program: many participants are currently finalizing their projects and submitting their applications.

More than half of the submitted applications are in creative fields (54%), with the remainder in technology projects (46%). The highest level of activity is seen in the digital and interactive industries, as well as in the fields of visual imagery, text, and meaning. Applications are coming in across all key tracks of the program—from music and audiovisual to spatial and performing arts.

“Neurofest” is the first national program for AI creators. Artists, developers, screenwriters, architects, producers, startups, and teams working with artificial intelligence in the fields of culture, media, and business are invited to participate.

After selection, participants will take part in an accelerator program, work in teams, receive mentoring support, and have the opportunity to launch their own projects in collaboration with the program’s partners—Rosatom State Corporation, Yandex AI, the Skolkovo Foundation, and the Artificial Intelligence Alliance.

The event will culminate in the National AI Creators Award, which will take place in the fall of 2026.

The project is being implemented by the “Leninka Art” Autonomous Non-Profit Organization, established by the Russian State Library and ArtMasters. The program is supported by the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
